Obituary of Mantie Beatrice Taylor

Mantie Beatrice Taylor, 84, of Louisa, KY passed away Thursday, July 8, 2021 at her home. Mrs. Taylor was born March 19, 1937 in Logan, West Virginia to the late Frank and Edna Hill Lilly. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Edward Taylor, and one son, Jack Lee Taylor.  

She is survived by two sons, Mark (Karen) Taylor and Charles (Colleen) Taylor; one daughter, Trina (Jeff) Cyrus; one sister, Ellie Hite; four grandsons, Christopher Taylor, Charles Jacob Taylor, Nathaniel Barbosa, and Jeffrey Cyrus; and four granddaughters, Starr Long, Bryleah Taylor, Brooklyn Taylor, and Amber Cyrus. She also leaves behind a host of nieces and nephews.                                                       

She was a Retail Salesclerk and Elder Caregiver.

Funeral services will be conducted at 6pm on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at Wilson Funeral Home in Louisa, KY with Rev. Doug Kelly officiating. Burial will follow in the Mount Ever-Rest Memorial Park, Kalamazoo, MI. Friends may visit the family on Tuesday, July 13 from 4pm until the time of services at the Wilson Funeral Home. All care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.
