Obituary of Dale Edison Hamilton, Jr.

Dale Hamilton, Jr., age 52, of Louisa, KY, the only son of the late, Dale Edison Hamilton, Sr. and Wilma Fitch Hamilton, was born March 1, 1969 and went home to be with Jesus on October 4, 2021.  Dale was an active member of the Meade’s Branch Freewill Baptist Church.  Dale was a retired diesel mechanic, showing love and passion for old vehicles. Dale’s abundance of love has shown throughout time and will be remembered by others.  He was very generous, caring, loving, and goal driven.  Dale loved his wife, his children and grandchild, and all his family and friends.  But more than that, Dale loved the Lord and was a testament of what faith and grace can do, as well as what the Lord can bring you through.  Dale was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, and numerous aunts and uncles.

He is survived by his wife, Malissia Dheel Hamilton of Louisa, KY; children, KasSandra Hamilton of Martin County, KY, Brady Cornette of Louisa, KY, Victoria (Jonathon) Fletcher of Crum, WV, Adam Cornette of Louisa, KY, and one grandchild, LillyAnne Fletcher of Crum, WV.  Dale is also survived by Ronald Hamilton of Tyler County, WV; Kennis (Pat) Fitch of Louisa, KY, TJ (Phyllis) Fitch of Inez, KY, Debra Hinkle of Inez, KY, Reba (Larry) Dull of Lexington, KY, Cinda (Dwight) Howell of Martin County, KY, Willa Goble of Inez, KY, and two sisters-in-law, Jacqueline and Jennifer Dheel, both of Louisa, KY.

Funeral services will be conducted at Meade’s Branch Freewill Baptist Church on Thursday, October 7^th at 3pm with Pastor Michael Marcum officiating.  Burial will follow in Riverview Memorial Gardens.  Friends may visit the family on Wednesday, October 6^th after 3pm at the Meade’s Branch Freewill Baptist Church.  All care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.
