Obituary of Charles Paul Chapman

Charles Paul Chapman 78 of Louisa, Kentucky went home to be with his Lord on December 3, 2024.

Charles was born November 4, 1946 at Chapman, Kentucky the son of the late Chester Paul and Lee Althea Moore Chapman.

He was a retired bridge mechanic with the CSX Railroad, and a United States Army Veteran. He was also a member of the Louisa Free Will Baptist Church were he served as a Deacon for many years.

After Charles retired from CSX he worked as a Funeral Attendant with the Wilson Funeral Home where he helped many families during their time of loss.

Survivors include his loving wife Frances Wilson Chapman; two daughters Marie Maynard and husband Brooke, and Myram Brady and husband Ryan; a son Charles Paul Chapman and wife Tina; grandchildren Skylar (Brayden) West, Darby Chapman, Kylie Maynard, Blake Maynard, Ryland Brady, and Aubrey Brady.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday December 7th at 3:00 pm at the Louisa Free Will Baptist Church with Rev. Cecil Ferguson and Bro. Nathan Harless officiating. Burial with full military honors will be follow in the Yatesville Memorial Gardens Louisa, Kentucky.

Friends may visit the family on Saturday December 7th from noon until time of services at 3:00 pm at the Louisa Free Will Baptist Church.

Care for Charles and his family has been entrusted to our family at Wilson Funeral Home.
