Obituary of Donald Jack Watts

Donald Jack Watts 80 of Fort Gay, West Virginia passed away January 14, 2025 at the Three Rivers Medical Center.

Jack was born August 8, 1944 in Wayne County West Virginia, the son of the late Woodrow and Nancy Ellen Roseberry Watts. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by a daughter Nancy Watts, a sister Geneva Cole, and a brother Wetzel Watts.

Jack was a Logger and Timberman.

Survivors include his loving wife Geneva Porter Watts; children Kathy (David) Murison, Robert Lee Watts, and Brandy (Jason) Saunder; grandchildren Rebecca Murison, Kyle Murison, Christina Murison, Erin Murison, Carolyn Murison, and Emily Watts; sisters Della Watts, Aline Watts, Georgia Watts, and Ruth Watts; niece Norma Pack; and nephew Donny Cole; and several nieces, nephew, great nieces, and great nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday January 21, 2025 at 1:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home with Preacher Glen Whiting officiating. Burial will follow in the Robertson Cemetery on Hampton Ridge Genoa, West Virginia.

Friends may visit the family on Tuesday January 21st from noon until time of services at the Wilson Funeral Home.

Care for Jack and his family has been entrusted to our family at Wilson Funeral Home.
