Ed Thomas Deboard, 79, of Louisa, KY passed away Sunday, January 21, 2018 at Community Hospice Care Center of Ashland, KY. Mr. Deboard was born August 1, 1938 in Marysville, OH to the late Edward and Minnie (McKenzie) Deboard. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Sarah Smith Deboard in 2015 and one grandson, Thomas Deboard. He is survived by three daughters: Ruth Meredith of Columbus, OH, Lisa Deboard of Plain City, OH and Goldie Swinning and husband Randy of Plain City,OH, two sons: John Deboard and wife Lisa of Louisa, KY and Jason Deboard and wife Michelle of London, OH, one sister: Mary Fugate of Columbus, OH and one brother: John Deboard of Plain City, OH; He also leaves behind eleven grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren. Mr. Deboard was a Road Construction Laborer, a U.S. Army veteran, having served in Korea, and of Baptist Faith. Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, January 25, 2018 at 11am at Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Chris Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in the Myrtle Chapel Cemetery.
